Challenge Yourself in our Ice Bath
Revitalize your body and mind with our challenging ice bath experience, designed to reduce inflammation, strengthen the immune system, and elevate your wellness journey.
Take a shower after the sauna and then enter the ice bath and try to stay 3-5min for maximum benefits.
Specific breathing techniques and or additional physical exercises like push ups or jumping jacks to heat up the body can help to increase the time in the ice bath.
Breathe slowly and deeply and try to stay relaxed while you are in the ice bath.


Kick back in our Wood Fired Hot-Tub
Relax and recharge in our cold plunge wood tub which offers a great refreshment between Hot jacuzzi and sauna.
Take a a couple minutes to cool down after each round in the sauna and walk around the garden or lay down a relax
Then take a shower before you enter the cold plunge.
Stay inside as long as you feel comfortable and breath slowly and deeply.
Enjoy gentle heat in our Herbal Steam Room
Experience deep relaxation and detoxification in our beautiful steam room with outstanding mosaic design. Enjoy various fresh herbs and essential oils as part of the sauna ritual and enhance circulation, clear the skin, and elevate your overall wellness.
Take a shower before you enter the steam room.
Stay 10-20 min inside of the steam room for maximum benefits. The temperature is in average around 45degrees Celsius with humidity levels around 90%.

Try our Finnish style wood fired dry sauna which supports heart health, eases muscle tensions, and reduces stress while promoting recovery, pain relief, and natural detoxification.
Let us take you on a journey of the senses with different essential oils which have various benefits for health and relaxation.
Take a shower before you enter the dry sauna.
Stay 10-20 min inside of the steam room for maximum benefits. The temperature is between 80-100 degrees Celsius
Keep your body hydrated and drink plenty of water before and after you use the steam room
Usage Guide
Preparation
- Let your body return to normal temperature after exercise.
- Remove clothing and store belongings in lockers.
- Take off watches, jewelry, etc., to avoid burns.
- Remove cosmetics and shower before entering.
During Use
- Sit and relax in the steam room or sauna.
- Keep quiet in the steam room and sauna.
- First-time use: 6–12 minutes; shorten if uncomfortable.
- After leaving, take a cold shower before using the pool and ice bath.
- Hot/cold cycles can be repeated: 5–10 minutes, depending on comfort.
- Total usage: 10–15 minutes recommended; longer may cause dizziness, nausea, or fainting.
- Drink water; avoid alcohol.
- Stop immediately if feeling unwell and inform staff.
Usage Notes
- Steam room/sauna temperature: ~40–50°C.
- Ensure your own comfort temperature.
- Remove jewelry, watches, etc.
- Controls operated by authorized staff only.
- Prolonged exposure to high humidity may be dangerous; do not stay too long.
